White, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple, red, brown, and black are the nine belt colors used in karate. There may be more than one level of the same belt color in some karate belt ranking systems, despite the fact that most people only have a basic understanding of the two most prevalent belt colors. Everyone begins with a white belt since it is the lowest belt in karate. This belt has been worn by the biggest group of students, and many drop out at this stage. The black belt in karate is the highest and most sought belt. Only 3-5% of Karate students who begin their training will eventually attain a black belt. A significant accomplishment in karate is obtaining a black belt.
